Setup ESLint, Prettier and commitlint rules, and apply related rules to current code base.

Setup:

  • ESlint rules
  • Prettier rules
  • Commitlint rules: restrict commit message format
  • lint-staged: apply ESLint & Prettier rules to code base when commit.
  • GitHub Action: run lint check & unit test when pull request.
