it looks like the temporal clustering scores no longer match the previous values-- an error might have been introduced into the updated code. also, the old vs. updated versions of docs/_build/html/_images/sphx_glr_plot_temporal_001.png look different (the old version colors bars by list, whereas both bars are blue in the new version)

This PR includes vectorization of lag-crp analysis, significant documentation updates (fixing Sphinx build and adding installation guide), and increased test coverage to ~78%.
