This PR implements a command-line tool that replicates the basic behavior of the Unix cowsay command using the cowsay library.
It takes user-supplied text as input.
Displays the text as if it were “spoken” by a selected animal.
The list of supported animals is dynamically fetched from the cowsay library.
Includes basic error handling for invalid animal names.
