📝 Description

Created learner routes for updating learner information.

Briefly list the changes made to the code:

  • Created an API route that updates the site supervisor (PATCH ROUTE)
  • Created an API route that updates the start date (PATCH ROUTE)
  • Created an API route that updates the end date (PATCH ROUTE)

🏕️ (Optional) Future Work / Notes

  • Waiting on application service to be merged since it is a separate ticket currently!
  • The learner entities and basic template was merged from nc-42-learner branch (thanks nick!)
