For this first pass I've automated the steps in http://kubernetes.io/docs/getting-started-guides/kubeadm/
There are no Kubernetes packages for Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty)
That seems like a good reason to remove support and tests for Ubuntu Trusty.
Which should simplify and speed up our builds.
In a followup branch I'll get the Flocker-Kubernetes plugin working
