AI/ML: add integration guide on Jupyter notebooks + chdb

Summary

Adds a guide on how to use chdb with Jupyter notebooks, using your data from ClickHouse Cloud or locally.

Covers:

• Using chdb to query a ClickHouse Cloud service with the remoteSecure function
• Getting back the data as a pandas DataFrame
• Using the file function to load data from a CSV file on the local machine
• A simple example of exploring two data sets from different sources using matplotlib.
