変更点：
1 . dfx.jsonにfrontend部分追加
2. main.moにerror処理追加
3. ０.８.１にある npm start のエラーを解消 npm install -D [email protected] でバージョンアップ（package.jsonの変更点がそれです）
4. bindを8000から8030に変更： 私のだけかもしれませんがfrontが正しく表示されない（Candid_UIの画面になる）ので8030へ変更
