This is a project with the goal to be used for generating neural networks with specific user inputs and will be able to create vast amounts of different neural network models.

Milestone one will be to create a neural network able to process images and learn to read handwritten text. This will be done by implementing the NEAT algorithm and the network will evolve on its own without need for human interaction.

Of course it will also be able to process numbers, strings etc. when milestone 1 is reached and will not depend on inputs being images
