This fixes the regression we noticed after Stakewise update.

  1. fix hardhat testing
  2. use new graphql endpoint
  3. minting shares are calculated without taking in account fee, it behaves correctly. Though I want to test more
  4. ℹ️ run CI twice a week to catch any update issues
  5. allow users to withdraw from one queue item without using multicall.
