Version 2 of GonRain twitterbot
Python scripts to tweet, once per day, whether it will, will maybe, or will not rain in Minneapolis, Minnesota that day. Relies on requests, BeautifulSoup, datetime, and tweepy. Is currently not functional, due to changes in html web structure on weather.com
