Closes/addresses #3303. Removes the confirmed repeated string values from 36 JSON-list cells across API monitoring data, bridge supportedChains, wallet languages, MCP selfHostedArgs, and oracle additionalFeatures. Preserves the two intentional QuickNode limitations arrays unchanged. Validation: parsed the repository CSV JSON-list cells; the only remaining case-folded repeats are the two documented QuickNode positional limitations cells. Bundle/import verification also passed locally from commit e99634a. Reward reference: Discussion #41, 10 USDC for approved DBIP contribution.

Verdict: APPROVE
Risk: LOW
Summary: The duplicate JSON-list cleanup matches DBIP #3303: it only changes list-valued cells across the six touched CSVs, preserves headers, row counts, and slug sets, and leaves the two documented QuickNode positional Custom limitation values untouched. Required validation is green and the current review-cycle link-check run 34047197820 completed successfully with 27/27 links successful.
Findings: None.
