Closes/addresses #3292 by adding a regression test that reads every canonical CSV under
references/offers/and asserts the sharedtagcolumn is declared exactly once across all 14 categories. This protects the repository data contract while the category-page definitions remain maintained in the GitHub wiki.Tests:
