Tiny update

• Added Gravity Anomaly Block (Titop54) - (1edeca9)

• Attracts items that are 5 or less blocks and when they are touching the black hole, deletes them, basically a glorified trashcan

• It disables when iris is loaded

• Uses custom render/shader which can be disabled via config (ignored if iris is present)

• Moved config file to 'catalystcore' file (Radz)
