Hello! First of all, you can join the CastleMiner Discord server by clicking here! We have over 1900 members and actively engage with our community to maintain the presence of DigitalDNA's games. These games include:
- CastleMiner Z (CMZ)
- CastleMiner (CM)
- CastlerMiner Warfare (CMW)
- Death Toll (DT)
Of course, there are other games, but we currently lack the ability to modify those games.
To clarify, we are not the official CastleMiner dev team nor in anyway affiliated with it or DigitalDNAGames in business. We simply are a group of open minded programming enthusiasts eager to keep their games alive. DigitalDNAGames currently is out of the game development scene from what we know, as the owner has not made contact with us in many months. He might have moved on, but hope to stay. One day we would love to make something official with the developers.
Currently, we keep all code repositories private. This is to ensure we do not allow modding to fall into the wrong hands. We know it is very well possible to do this on your own if you have a knowledge of computers, but as of now, we want to restrict it as much as we can. Now I know this might feel a bit like 1984, but we do it because of the games extreme security flaws. Flaws so extreme data loss and even computer corruption can happen if modding falls into the wrong hands.
