Small changes to the cmake branch only. Cmake still doens't work on wsl or cygwin, but at least it builds the examples now. |

Cmake should compile natively on Windows without the need for a compatibility layer (WSL, cygwin, msys). I haven't run the build process in a while, but it should still work. |

Changed the #define for M_PI and M_LN10 so that the calls cmake .. and make work.
