Stuff that didn't work

This section describes things I tried to do but didn't manage to do (to avoid you a lot of frustration)

  • I couldn't get SpinalHDLs simulator to run on windows. The problem is probably with the needed version/branch of verilator not being available. Everything works fine in Linux.
  • I tried to connect the SpinalHDL AXI-APB-bridge with APB-components to a Xilinx Zedboard (Zynq SoC). I couldn't connect the AXI. This might be because of the AXI-shared used in SpinalHDL.
