You may deploy these applications directly on top of the cbiitss:rbase docker image supplied at: https://github.com/CBIIT/nci-webtools-docker-feasibility/tree/master/centos_6.7

APC deployment steps:

  1. wget https://github.com/CBIIT/nci-webtools-dceg-age-period-cohort/releases/download/apc_1.1_06012016/deployAPC.zip
  2. unzip deployAPC.zip
  3. docker run -dp 8040:8000 -v deploy:/deploy cbiitss:rbase /deploy/wsgi/apachectl start -DFOREGROUND
