성능 테스트를 위해서 user seed 코드를 추가합니다.

📢 전달사항

• 학적인증까지 마친 상태의 user가 추가되도록 구현했습니다.
• board 초기정보를 넣었을 때, 로그인 되는지까지 확인했습니다.
• 로컬에서 테스트하기 위해서 다음과 같이 수정해야합니다.
  • profile을 seed로 설정
  • application-local.yml 파일을 복사한 application-seed.yml 파일 생성
  • logback-spring.yml 파일에 아래 내용 복붙 (로그 확인을 위해 필요합니다.)

수고하셨습니다👍 PostSeeder 돌리면서 해당 코드 잘 돌아가는 것 로컬에서 확인 완료하였습니다.
Seeder 합치는 건 먼저 PR 머지해주시면 CommandLineRunner에 Order 어노테이션 붙여서 처리하겠습니다. 반대로 해도 상관없구요~

P5: PR 본문에서 말씀해주신 환경 관련된 부분은 include로 프로필 붙이는 게 application-local.yml 바탕으로 application-seed.yml 에 추가로 덮어쓰거나 붙일 내용 있으면 반영하는 거라서 사실상 동일한 환경으로 봐도 무방할 것 같습니다.
