This package still pins roxygen2 7.3.3 (RoxygenNote: 7.3.3 in DESCRIPTION), and blockr.ci's docs job regenerates man/ with the version the pin names. The workspace runs roxygen2 8.0.0, which blockr.core, blockr.dock, blockr.session, blockr.uat and blockr.assistant already pin. Until this package moves, re-documenting it with the workspace's roxygen2 also rewrites files the change did not touch, so a PR has to carry the migration or install 7.3.3 first. On BristolMyersSquibb/blockr.ui#47, an edited roxygen comment went out without its regenerated Rd for that reason, and the docs check failed.
Re-documenting main at 17b7cb5 with roxygen2 8.0.0 raises no warnings and changes three files:
- In
DESCRIPTION, the pin becomes Config/roxygen2/version: 8.0.0.
- In
man/run_app.Rd, the link to blockr.dock::new_dock_board() anchors on its topic, new_dock_board, instead of the Rd file dock. Version 8.0.0 anchors every link into another package this way, which clears R CMD check's note on non-topic package-anchored links.
- In
man/blockr-package.Rd, the maintainer is listed under Authors as well.
The change is to commit that output as it comes, as blockr.dock did in 380db5b.
