Consciously decide what blocks to default-include

This mainly affects core blocks, several of which should probably not be included in a "standard" app. Maybe in other packages we also have some blocks that we don't want to have added by default.

Blocks that probably should be excluded:

blockr.core

• subset block (we have blockr.dplyr for this)
• merge block (we have blockr.dplyr for this)
• rbind block (we have blockr.dplyr for this)
• scatter plot block (we have blockr.ggplot for this)
• data upload block (we have blockr.io for this)
• file browser block (we have blockr.io for this)
• csv parser block (we have blockr.io for this)
• static data block (for testing purposes)
• head/tail block (we have blockr.dplyr for this)

No, that's all, experimental dplyr stuff is not on main. But good to know for the future.
