Stop driving core's visible and frozen channels

Dock writes two of core's visibility channels. It writes visible as a paint report and reads it back as its build ledger (built_cards() through mark_cards_rendered()), and writes frozen from freeze_hidden_inputs(). Core drops the bundle: rendering follows dock's claim (BristolMyersSquibb/blockr.core#366), construction follows ordered construct requests (BristolMyersSquibb/blockr.core#367), and freezing becomes an update component (BristolMyersSquibb/blockr.core#368).

In dock:

Drop the paint report, which nothing reads once rendering follows dock's claim.
Drop the build ledger. With a card inserted when core constructs its block (Paint static block UI at block construction, not on first panel visit #438), a card exists exactly when its block is in board$blocks.
Request construction in order: the active view first, the other views once painted.
Send freezing through update, for the blocks whose inputs dock hides on a locked board (Simplified mode: locked refuses too much to be the reader's board #475).
