Follow blockr.core's removal of the dormant eval status - #18

Since blockr.core#364, a block built for export but never checked reads `unevaluated`, and the one-off evaluation leaves the blocks parked rather than dormant. The export test and the `generate_flat_code()` docs now say so, as blockr.core's own code plugin does.
