Version 2.1.0: Fix patternPlayer example

This update addresses two issues with the patternPlayer example:

1. Fixed an incompatibility with the 'export to Arduino' feature in PatternPaint
2. Added a FrameDelay field to the animation, to support per-animation delays.

This update should be compatible with PatternPaint 2.5 and above.
