There are many changes in this PR. Most significant of them are below

  • Installation is via setuptools now Installing gui using setup.py #1
  • Python2/Python3 compatible files (needs more testing).
  • Re-factoring is huge in this PR to make sure that gui work as python module.
  • Examples from paper are in the source. To run these demo, moose-examples paths need not to be specified.
  • Various cleanups (some of which may not be desirable)
  • Everything works
  • Everything works with Python3

Tested on ubuntu-14.04 with pyhon2. On OpenSUSE with python3 and python3-qt4, results are encouraging.

Source code is now python3 compatible. Needs to build test the gui now.
