…ression-only analysis constraints - geometry: document the `0` sentinel for triangular plates across AddPlate, AddMultiplePlates, and CreatePlate; add add-plate.py example script showing quad and triangle creation - supports: fix CreateElasticMat example (direction=1 for typical foundations, springType=0 for bi-directional springs); clarify that direction=4 (Y Only) requires other supports for X/Z stability; expand SUPPORT_CODES.md with direction and spring-type codes - analysis + supports: note that compression-only supports (springType=1) are incompatible with P-Delta, Nonlinear, Buckling, and Cable analysis — use plain linear static analysis only
