chore: update remaining dependencies

Summary

Consolidates the remaining conflicting Dependabot dependency updates into a single clean branch from current main.

What changed

• Updates zod to 4.3.6
• Updates @types/node to 25.6.0
• Updates ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript, typescript-eslint, and Vitest
• Adds Vite 8 as an explicit Vitest peer dependency
• Keeps the existing better-sqlite3 12.9.0 update from the earlier green Dependabot PR

Tests

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile passes locally
• pnpm run check passes locally
• pnpm run replay passes locally

Notes

The original Dependabot PRs conflicted with the already-merged SQLite update. This PR supersedes PRs #14, #15, and #16 if CI passes.
