About The Pull Request
This PR fixes the issue of the DC critical monitoring screen on the atlas not actually showing any screens, and adds Telecomms and the gravity generator as monitored cameras to the listed cameras.
Why It's Good For The Game
Fix man good. Also, ability to see if telecomms are out on lowpop without an AI is also good.
