feat: auto refresh conversation

this shd happen both on mobile and desktop btw

AFAIK we receive the conversation created event (alongside the convo object) from the backend when a convo is created, and we add the convo to the list during that event. I tink it does not get reflected in the UI. Can you pls check that? Because if that is there then only the bug of it not appearing in the UI has to be fixed

I received the conversation created event along with the conversation object from the backend when a conversation is created, but it didn’t get reflected in the UI until I manually refreshed the page.
