2.3.1 - New PartyAndFriends Addon

This update adds a new jar that fixes the PartyAndFriends API hook.

I am working on more updates but due to school and getting COVID my free time has been limited.

Changes
Support for RedisBungee (Limework fork) has been added. You can get this version of RedisBungee on Spigot. That version of RedisBungee is now being updated by @ham1255.

Version numbering has been updated to match the addon and the main version. Both can be downloaded below.
