- Remove outdated wiki link from PR description - Add pipeline step to append a dated entry to docs/spring/Spring-Cloud-Azure-Timeline.md and commit it
latestPR was an array from .filter(), so latestPR.number was undefined, producing an invalid /issues//comments URL. Select the newest matching PR and guard against no match.
Reference vsoch/pull-request-action's pull_request_number output instead of re-listing PRs, with a safe empty-string guard.
