The changes introduced by this PR as follows: * Adds `ie interactive` implementation to support executing markdown documents interactively. * Adds `ie inspect` to view the parsed data of a markdown document produced by Innovation engines parser. This feature is still experimental and only shows some of the parsing output for now. * Updates the markdown parser to associate the last paragraph of markdown document as the description for a codeblock. * Adds a completely new rendering system using `bubble-tea` to support interactive mode. Both `ie execute` and `ie test` will be rewritten in the future to utilize a similar rendering implementation. * Changes the status update for integration with the azure extensionto nest codeblocks underneath steps and for codeblocks to include their descriptions for learn mode.
…#155) This PR allows for the innovation engine to correctly terminate a code block after any command inside of it has failed. Previously the innovation engine would rely on the last command in the code block being executed to check for & report failure which meant that code blocks which executed multiple commands would not fail if any command other than the last one had an error.

…the environment it's running in (#182) When running `ie interactive` on azure, Interactive mode will render a simplified user interface that mimics entering the commands with a prompt and displaying the output.
This PR decouples the installation script so that we can specify both the version of IE and the scenarios that are used via the portal independently of one another.
This PR updates our markdown parser to support parsing yaml headers and tests to make sure that some of the features we'd like to use from it work.
This adds the ability for the Innovation Engine to fetch markdown files from both local and remote locations and resolve them into scenarios that can be executed by our engine.
The scenarios located under `scenarios/ocd/` no longer live inside this repository and can be removed.
