I was attempting to provision to swedencentral but encountered the following error:

Deployment Error Details:

Field 'template.containers.main.image' is invalid with details: 'Invalid value: "vlatemplateptdmi.azurecr.io/voice-live-agent/app-voiceagent:latest": GET https:: MANIFEST_UNKNOWN: manifest tagged by "latest" is not found; map[Tag:latest]';..

For reference, I saw this error when provisioning with a separate Azure subscription too.
