@smcvb This commit made it into the 4.9.4 release of the axon-bom (https://github.com/AxonFramework/axon-bom/releases). Similarly, it seems the axon-bom:4.9.3 release was also referencing one patch version behind (axon-framework:4.9.2), but e.g. axon-bom:4.9.0 corresponds to axon-framework:4.9.0.

Just making sure, but is this discrepancy intended?

My most sincere apologies for the late reply here, @filpano. Especially compared to usual...
You caught us at a very busy time with your request I'm afraid.

Nonetheless, I can assure you that the versioning here is correct.
More specifically, the axon-bom contains dependencies from several Axon-related repositories.
So, not just Axon Framework is in there, but also our AMQP Extension, Multi-Tenancy Extension, Kotlin Extension, etc.

Furthermore, we upgrade the Axon BOM project when Any of the Axon-related repositories has a new version.
Due to this, there's always a chance that the Axon BOM version is higher than the Axon Framework version that's contained in it.

Concerning the lifecycle of Axon 4.9, the Mult-Tenancy Extension saw several patch releases that required us to release the BOM.
Even though there has been no new Axon Framework 4.9 patch release yet at that moment in time.

With all that said, I hope I have alleviated your concern, @filpano!
