Support edge declarations in C code generation

This PR ports edge declaration support to the openplc-master branch.

Changes included:

• all fixes from the array initialization series
• support for edge declarations in C code generation

The patch was checked locally against Autonomy-Logic/matiec:openplc-master and applies cleanly.
