Nice QoL improvement. If you have tested these approximate limits then I think this is good to go.

Limit estimates are based on test runs using the largest compatible GPUs currently available to us: H200 GPUs with 141 GB VRAM for Boltz, AlphaFold2, and ColabFold, and A100 GPUs with 40 GB VRAM for ESMFold.
