Eronous request:
Add a token specific for FOG to give vision to ALL or some players (essentially breaking the fog method for that specific system only)

Implementation:
Added a new FOW specific token that grants the GM the ability to always show a tile to some (through /fow vision OR for everyone through /add_token.
Added a non-required isFogVision to the system, accesssable tyhrough the json system and token fields.
This creates rebustness as it will be bbetter maintainable or to be be more easily be expanded.

New Token:

  • added the standard remove and place token helpers
  • added a token image
  • added 4 CONSTANTS top make things accassable
  • added helper fucntion to FOWHelper
  • small function in tile.java to disconnect it from general anomalies as it is not an anomaly in the way it is implementyed in the bot. And to keep potential leaks minimal.
  • json for the token -> added to "other" just like homebrew wormholes

Lore fix:

  • attachments need an extra function to make visible on maps

Bug fixes for lore -> attachments as they were active but not visible on the map

Tested against mvn and spotless.
Tested on a private bot.
