Added whitelist and improved blacklist

Changelog:

• Added whitelist to config to allow only a specific list of materials to be added (Supports custom model data)
  • The whitelist is parsed before the blacklist, if an item passes the whitelist it can still be blocked by the blacklist
• Added custom model data support to blacklist, custom-model-data accepts an integer or integer range, in the format 3-5 where the minimum is the first number and the maximum is the second number
