ASA Version.dll Loader

The following files can be placed in the "ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64" folder.
This will enable launching the "ArkAscendedServer.exe" directly just like the old ASE API.
If your operating system does not work using the "Version.dll" loader you can always use the "AsaApiLoader.exe" instead.
If you plan on using the "AsaApiLoader.exe" you must not use the "Version.dll" supplied in this package from the Win64 folder.
