Record committed writes and identifier allocation around rejected mutations, and validate idempotency keys before allocating state. Bind replacement receipts to persisted operations, scan decoded JSON canaries, and enforce route-specific headers and inherited-role reads. Closes #28.
Adds an OpenAPI-bound security matrix for every public Workspace and Operation route, a retained untrusted-input corpus, and a report covering the security and redaction boundaries that exist in the reference implementation.
Local validation on exact head
2cb58268f0e89d1ae3b4d4a2c512b55d83be3db3, with base6409695aa1d3881555e9e7d644135a3e839832b2:A negative control in an isolated source copy removed early full-key validation: the retained minimized seed still received 400, but the recorder correctly failed on the operation ID and two versions allocated before rejection. A second negative control reserved the key inside the stale-precondition rejection branch without touching the store or issuer. The previous three stale fuzz seeds passed; the strengthened same-key retry assertions failed when the retry returned 500 instead of 202. Both fault injections ran only in isolated source copies.
This PR covers implemented reference/domain contracts. The report explicitly records absent production persistence, provider-response adapters, telemetry exports, and support-bundle surfaces rather than claiming they were tested. Required hosted checks passed on this same head: Foundation bootstrap (clean checkout, race/coverage, Linux arm64, macOS arm64, and macOS Intel), supply-chain checks, and DCO exact-head. The fresh review completed at 2026-09-15 07:12:41 UTC with no major issues. All 48 review conversations were resolved and read back before merge.
