📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe change introduces validated Workspace scopes and applies them to reference storage, CRUD, operations, lists, pagination, authorization, HTTP handlers, tests, and isolation documentation. The memory adapter now partitions data by Workspace and rejects unscoped or colliding reads. ChangesWorkspace isolation

Closes #26.
Outcome
Make workspace identity an explicit, fail-closed boundary across the executable reference store, lifecycle service, authorization wrapper, pagination, and HTTP transport while preserving the stable-ID isolation contracts already enforced by Plan, queue/worker, audit, and provider credential domain models.

Impact is high because this changes a privileged isolation boundary; regression likelihood is low with strong exact-head coverage. There is no persisted schema migration, so the commit is independently revertible. PostgreSQL composite constraints/RLS/outbox remain issue #30; durable queue/worker implementations remain issues #31–#33; real provider adapters remain their dependency-gated issues. This PR establishes and verifies the stable workspace contracts those implementations must preserve.
