This is some of the changes that are required to get the parser working in browser (https://firmware.ardupilot.org/Tools/WebTools/TelemetryDashboard/)
Mostly this is a white space clean up and stopping using packages we don't really need.
This has only been tested in browser receiving messages. Sending and signing have not been tested.
The remainder of the changes are more or less just deleting the events stuff.
