Features included in this release:

• You can control the active display from quick settings. See it in action here. To add this quick setting tile, use the pencil icon in the notification panel and drag and drop the "Active Screen" tile to your panel.
• Improved posture processor logic. This fixes a lot of previous issues related to automatic posture changes. (Fix #88, #127, #137 )
