Overview
Related Issue / Discussion
This is just a test service for testing in the scope of the AquaInfra project.
Additional Information
This tool requests data from the GBIF API (Global Biodiversity Information Facility), using the R package rgbif., please cite them! (DOI).
To work, the tool needs some data on the server. Not provided in the repo. Can be derived using R package hydrographr from the hydrography.org dataset. Please cite the dataset if you do use their data: doi:10.5194/essd-14-4525-2022.
Contributions and Licensing
Note that this is just a TEST COMMIT for testing. License of the tool follows the hydrographr license and GBIF I guess. I am not changing anything in the actual pygeoapi source code.
