Overview
Added a processing service that calls a bash script provided by the R package hydrographr written by the glowabio team! So the main functionality is not by me, but by the hydrographr developers. See also their doi:10.5281/zenodo.7998071
Related Issue / Discussion
This is just a test service for testing in the scope of the AquaInfra project.
Additional Information
To work, the tool needs some data on the server. Not provided in the repo. Can be downloaded using hydrographr from the hydrography.org dataset. Please cite the dataset if you do use their data: doi:10.5194/essd-14-4525-2022.
Contributions and Licensing
Note that this is just a TEST COMMIT for testing. License of the tool follows the hydrographr license. I am not changing anything in the actual pygeoapi source code.
