Adds manifest for all the example apps so they can be deployed in our connect server

@anirbanshaw24 Out of the 17 example apps. The deployment was quick and successful for 15 apps. Two apps have other dependencies that increase the deployment time. I will comment here once they are successfully deployed as well and we can merge this. Those two apps are: circosVcfData and vcfSimpleBarChart Now all the apps are deployed.

Okay, all the 17 example apps are deployed without any errors 👍🏽
