Update Vite from version 5 to 8, refactor the Vite configuration for better structure, and improve SVG component handling with additional props support. Remove the vite-tsconfig-paths plugin and enable TypeScript path resolution directly in the Vite config. Additionally, bump the @vitejs/plugin-react to version 6.0.1 and add esbuild as a dependency.
