This page distinguishes planned work from checked-in, verified behavior. Nothing here is a release commitment, investment recommendation, or evidence that a feature is deployed.

Verified current direction

• Maintain local SQLite as the data system of record.
• Keep private data in a local instance directory resolved from FIN_GURU_DATA_ROOT or the current working directory.
• Keep SnapTrade and SimpleFIN synchronization local and configuration-driven.
• Keep reader-facing documentation in this Wiki and source references in the repository.

Planned

These items are planned in issue #131 or stated maintainer direction. None of them exist on the main branch today.

• Plugin installation through the Claude Code marketplace.
• An onboarding skill that scaffolds a user instance.
• A Diátaxis documentation site.

Unknown

• Feature sequence and release timing are unknown unless confirmed by a GitHub issue, pull request, or release.
• A passing local test is not deployment or release proof.
• The current product does not claim a public hosted application or automatic investment execution.
