The only thing me and @torbjo discussed, is if there is any reason to keep openssl1.0 support for any reason? Maybe old debian? Or mingw?

@oyvkva or @2knarf opinions?

Anyway I need to fix CMake before merge.

it looks like Ubuntu 16.04 ships with Openssl 1.0, which would break for the latest LTS of Ubuntu.

Yes, Ubuntu 16.04 uses OpenSSL 1.0.

How about making Anoncoin 0.9.6.13 (or some other version) be the last version that supports OpenSSL 1.0? Then users of old distributions can be directed to use that version.

Then make newer versions of Anoncoin only support OpenSSL 1.1.

Alternatively; support both versions with ifdef's in the code. I do not recommend that.
