The resx format seems to be broken. I can't use it

@AndnixSH I cloned 3 files in the forms folder without touching them. You also asked for these to be translated in another PR, but since I couldn't find anything to translate, I had to copy and paste them. I assume there's no problem here. Other than that, I couldn't find any errors in the tr file I added myself. |

I double checked it, only Language.tr.resx is a valid one, others are not valid. The resx could be compiled fine but the Forms still displays in english |
