* feat: add spacelift remote variable support Adds a remote variable loader which will fetch defined environment contexts for a stack matching the project repository and env name. In order to accomodate this I've changed the `hcl.Parser` var loader properties to a slice, this way we can define multiple remote loaders in response to a users configuration. * fix: remove spacelift as required

- Addition of ARM Template detection in detect.go in order to use Infracost on ARM Templates. However, this only works with config files for the moment. - Addition of a test in the breadkdown_test.go file in order to test if the cost estimation through the breakdown command is working
